There are some really interesting "motivate the machinist" videos at EdgeFactor.
It is some kind of group that is hooked up with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and TOOLINGU .......... it is worth the watch. (use Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla Firefox if you have trouble with the videos)
