What is the formula for success? Machinst School Knows

There is a formula for success ..... no matter what you want to do, this formula applies, even at the machinist school.
I guess I could tell you the formula but you will have to work for it. You will have to watch the video and, depending on your memory, a pencil and paper to copy down the formula.
